Dr. Klaus Höchstetter,
founder and senior partner of Höchstetter & Colleagues, holds a master?s degree in law from the University of Munich as well as a master?s degree in political science from the University of Political Sciences, also located in Munich. He passed the required final examinations in 1990 and 1993 respectively. Since 2000, Dr. Höchstetter gained various additional qualifications, including the certifications as a tax lawyer , a commercial lawyer and an Executive Master of Business Law MBL-HSG. He earned a doctorate for his thesis on ?Open coordination of the European Union? in 2006.
Dr. Höchstetter received admission to the bar and founded the law firm Höchstetter & Colleagues in 1993. He is the author of numerous articles on various legal questions. Thanks to his professional experience with consulting firm Roland Berger and Hewlett Packard among others, Dr. Höchstetter is thoroughly familiar with the business world. He has also worked as a lecturer and has appeared on TV as a legal consultant. Dr. Höchstetter is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish. He is a member of various associations such as the German-Atlantic Society, the German Overseas Society, several legal associations, the German Association for Specialized Journalists as well as the tax law and criminal law committees of the German Association of Lawyers (DAV).
Thomas Hofschuster,
born in 1975, was admitted to the bar and joined Höchstetter & Colleagues in 2003 after working for the Bavarian Representation at the European Union in Brussels. He is fluent in German, English and French.
Philip Külb,
born in 1973, was admitted to the bar and joined Höchstetter & Colleagues in 2004.
